YOU ARE INVITED to an ongoing INFORMAL BOOK CLUB– drop in at any time!  Our church is sponsoring an in person and on Zoom book club and we are presently finishing reading Miscellany in Prose Works by Mary Baker Eddy.

Please contact our clerk (info on Contact Us page on this site) or Susan Tish (susantishcs@gmail.com) if you are interested in attending as we hold these in people’s homes, in church, or on ZOOM each month!  Would love to have you attend when you can…we have people on from Alaska and locally!  We have found these provide all participants with lots of growth, lively and fearless discussions, and a closeness we all enjoy!  We find we grow in our understanding of the Bible and of Christian Science.

Current Activity for Volunteers: Alternatives for Girls is a non-profit organization committed to helping young women of all ages stay safe, get an education, and eventually support themselves with jobs and homes. They have an afterschool program for middle school and high school girls and a shelter for women who are struggling with a variety of challenges. If you would like to donate any money to help these women get back on their feet, it would be most appreciated.  Please see Susan Tish (via our church clerk)  if interested. Thank you for supporting this outreach activity!
